30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return Policy.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly delivered. Please contact our customer support team for exchange assistance.
