Warranty Coverage

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse or abuse.
• Improper installation or operation.
• Accidental damage.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Damage caused by improper maintenance.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please provide the following information:

• Your order number.
• A detailed description of the issue.
• Photos or videos showing the defect.

Our support team will review your claim within 2–5 business days and provide a solution, which may include replacement parts, repair assistance, or another appropriate resolution.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover labor costs, transportation costs, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or natural disasters.
